The thing is ... Who says that all of the site that you should not from a dealer who is generally removed and buying fraud.

However, the seller said HES goes well with this page: "http://www.best-car-sales.com/" and it seems it is not fraud.

Never heard of this site and wondered if anyone knows anything ...

All the details you have, we are very grateful!

Let me guess. She found a Honda Accord of 2003 and the mileage is relatively low, or something similar theft of a prize?
Indeed, it is probably a scam. I saw this website that only meant that the "seller" of the car. When I did, was the research does not list or a Web site from Google / Yahoo / AOL announcement of the company or a website. I would be with all that seems too good to be true, beware!

I do not know what you think it is or not "sounds like fraud." Very few sites have announced that they try to cheat money.

This money is to act as an intermediary between you and the seller. I quote:

Escrow services for many years worked and we have had in recent times, largely on the experience of online commerce.
An "escrow transaction" consists of three parts, a buyer, seller and trustee of the trust and impartiality. The buyer and seller are anonymous in a position to secure transactions with the trustee as an intermediate mail for a small fee.

Why not talk directly with the seller and save legal fees paid?

I'm going.

I also found a car on craigslist seemed perfect. After he tried to check it out, I think it is a scam. Low mileage, about one third of the price it should be. If it sounds too good to be true - it probably is.
